LENOVO y510p BLACK SCREEN!!!

I have the same problem . I boot into windows it starts with black screen when i wait for sometime i know that the password/pin screen is there and by pressing the spacebar i get the cursor in the middle . 

As i enter my PIN i get into my desktop with the boot in sound by windows but i'm doing all this in absolute black screen . I'm at my desktop with black screen .

Ive installed new windows 8.1 in my Y510P , with the help of bootable USB and it gets installed 100% but when i restart it again starts with blackscreen !!!!
HELP THIS IS VERY URGENT!!!

I've done every method to start . Battery drain and all NOVO button also . I've installed new windows again . Everything except that BIOS reset .

Hi Aakash,

 

Thank you for the reply,

 

if you are talking about reseting the CMOS than you can follow this steps below

 

Step 1

Turn off the computer, unplug the power adapter and take out the main battery.

Step 2

Unscrew the captive screw on the memory compartment cover and take the cover off.

Step 3

Gently pry the battery out of its holder with your screwdriver, and disconnect the cable. Wait for at least 30 minutes, then put the battery back in.

 

Step 4

Put the memory compartment cover back on and tighten the screw.

Step 5

Put the main battery back in the laptop and turn on the machine. The CMOS is now reset.
