Hello! I'm Joselle and I own a IdeaPad z710. My parents bought it last thanksgiving sale at bestbuy USA. However, I live in the Philippines now and I have RAM Problems. According to a computer technician, he said he couldn't open to fix my laptop since it was still under warranty. Now, I can't live with blue screen "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT" in 2 months since I'm a gamer and my laptop's warranty will expire within 2 months. Any solution? Plus, I already confirmed it is a RAM Problem. Did tests already and it was confirmed. Did everything to fix it yet nothing works. The RAM must have broke. Should I just approach the nearest Lenovo Store to fix it for me ? Or etc? I just can't throw my RAM away. It is 16gb and it is very pricey. Please help.
