Earlier this year I had my laptop repaired due to issues with the touchscreen and mouse. My warranty then expired in the middle of this year. Now the hinges/cover that were removed to replace the screen are failing. (I also noticed that the cover clips were significantly damaged during the repair when it popped off) Do I have any options here to get this repaired? This was something they had to touch to do the earlier repair and something I could not touch under normal circumstances.
Does anyone have any experiance with this? I can't find a good way to contact the warranty department due to my warrenty being expired.

My experience with the tech support warranty team suggest that any repair related issue should have been reported as early as possible to have it mediate immediately.
Those that took more, would not be able to avail of the in-warranty repair so you may have to get other local service center to fix it as an out of warranty machine.
