Latest version of BIOS for IdeaPad Y500 running Windows 10?

I want to update my BIOS from 2.00 to 2.02, as it might help fix the error code 43 going on with one of my USB drivers, but I haven't been able to find a reliable download for it anywhere. Here's what shows up when I look for the specific BIOS I'm looking for:

 

 

I don't want to download one that turns out to be the wrong one, thus screwing over my laptop, so does anyone know where I can get a BIOS compatible with my device? For further clarification, my laptop is a really old hand-me-down that my dad bought 8 to 10 years ago, but it's still in working order and doesn't seem to be showing any signs of shutting down for good. My dad won't buy me another laptop, and I pretty much have no money, so I want to make the best out of this device.

 

P.S., sorry for how much I'm posting! My computer is just being kinda funky ^^'

Sorry for the delayed response.

 

Do you still need assistance about this concern?

 

Upon checking, BIOS update is no longer available for Ideapad Y500 laptop.

You may check it out through this link.

Hopefully other users who have the same device as yours may be able to share their BIOS version as well.

 

As for the USB driver issue that you've also mentioned, can you tell us more about it?

This will definitely help us a lot sorting it.
