Lenovo 3000 Y410

I am having troubles trying to install the video driver downloaded from the website. It begins the install process then says that it cannot find an nvidia product for the driver. Am I using the correct driver, because it is the one downloaded from lenovo site.

Any help would be appreciated.

The reason I am trying to get the driver is when I try to watch a flash video in full screen mode all I get is a blank screen

Re: Lenovo 3000 Y410

It's not a new issue about non-fullscreening video.
Just right-click on the video and brouse menu for the point "use hardware acceleration". Uncheck it and try again watching the video.

Modified nvidia&ati drivers for mobile devices could be found here, but they are non-official.

Hey, I think that Lenovo 3000 Y410 use an integrated Intel GMA video controller, not a nVidia one.

Yeah, really X3100 inside...
Sorry - my bad =)
Just wanted to help - read that "couldn't find proper nvidia driver" and thought these kind of drivers was needed.

Then try this.
Didn't a tip with rightclicking and unchecking "hardware acceleration" help?
