Lenovo Customer Service Escalation Number?

I was hoping someone here might have a corporate number where I can contact a customer service manager or someone higher than that.  I am currently getting the runaround on a replacement laptop and no one will return my calls or help me with my issue.  The representatives I have talked to refuse to provide me with any type of contact information for anyone that can resolve the issue.

I have sent the information you have requested but I still have not been provided with a phone number to escalate my issue.

got news of them ? I have the same issue, got escalation number by email 2 weeks a go, nobody called yet

Wow seems to be a pattern with Lenovo. I have NEVER received as bad of customer service as I have received from Lenovo. I may sounds like a jerk because of how angry I am right now but I truly am a reasonable person.... even a reasonable person has their breaking point. Mine has come after my laptop broke from faulty manufacturing and when I sent it in to be fixed it wasn’t fixed correctly AND the repair team scratched up my brand new laptop. Then they want me to send it back in for repair when the original problem wasn’t even my fault and I’m in the middle of grad school- so I can’t really afford to be without a laptop (oh and how are they going to repair the scratches?). I have now reached out to customer service no less than 6 times and have been promised I would be contacted by the “higher escalations team” and guess what- I haven’t been contacted...shocker... I researched laptops for a month and decided to take a leap of faith with Lenovo and I’ve learned my lesson. I will NEVER buy a Lenovo product again and will ensure that no one else I know buys one either. I am shouting from the rooftops how awful their customer service is. Absolutely ridiculous. Maybe if I’m lucky I can sell this laptop to someone else willing to take a chance with them and I can get a better brand- or at least one with reasonable customer service. If anyone has contact information for someone who might be able to fix the problem and change my mind then please let me know.

Hello GabsT, welcome to the Community,

 

I can confirm that a complaint was opened for you on Friday Sept. 15 and that you will be contacted by a case manager as soon as they are able to. If you have already sent your system back to the depot you might see your service case gets closed when you check online, this often happens and is a part of the procedure.

I was told a case was opened for me last Monday too.... and I’ve been promised I’d be contacted about 4 other time now as well... so we’ll see if someone actually reaches out to me this time.
