when? last release doesb't fix the problem - I have the same stuff as others in this thread.
Run the installation
have the energy management in the list of installed programs in control panel,
but do not have it in the start menu, neither have any .exe files in the program files\lenovo\energy management.
anybody tried this on u430p laptops?

the solution is
1. uninstall current unworking driver
2. run the installation
Supported Operating Systems
3. run the installation of 184.108.40.206 (it looks like an update for the version above)

I have the same problem. Driver "Lenovo Energy Management 220.127.116.11 (released 5/20/2014)" doesn't work correctly. I haven't OSD and most of Fn-keys doesn't work.
My OS is "Microsoft Windows 7 x64 Ultimate".
Please, fix this problem.
If you need some additional information to fix this problem - contact me.
The solution that offered by 1antonslenovo1 working partially. After that I have OSD, some of the buttons started to work, but On/Off wireless button still doesn't work.
We still wait fixes.

Lenovo team should update drivers once and for all.
I did what #1antonslenovo1 states as a valid workaround but I wish the LEM version for Win7 will be replaced soon.
