Lenovo Energy Manager is no longer compatible or supported with Windows 10 and should be removed.  For your reference here is an article explaining Windows 10 and the applications that are no longer compatible / support.

The Lenovo Settings app is available for download and install through the Windows Store.  Just do a search in the store on Lenovo to easily find it.  Once installed the new Lenovo Settings app offers the Conservation Mode battery charging option.

If the older versions had been working for you then the best you can do is download and install one of the Lenovo Energy Managements for Windows 7 or Windows 8.  Once downloaded then try installing them in compatibility mode.  As for the old version of Lenovo Settings, I don't know where you would get a download of that at this point in time.  Sorry !
