I can not be without my computer. Therefore sending it back to Lenovo for God knows how long is not an option.
Another reason I'll never buy another computer via the internet. Next time it will be from a local retailer who has a good reputation for customer support.
As I have previously said, send me another hard drive and I'll have a bullet proof fall back in case I have problems trying to run diagnostics tools.
But, why should I think Lenovo would be willing to spend a few bucks to do that to try to salvage a customer.
I am telling all of my family and friends about this experience with Lenovo and I am sure they would never purchase a Lenovo computer.
