Hi Frank! Welcome to our forums community. It's okey to cancel it. Try holding down the power button for 10-15 seconds while the device is unplugged from the wall outlet. If the issue persist, try uninstalling and reinstalling the battery driver under Device Manager. Update us how it goes.

Hello sorry for my late reply, so when i cancel or turn off after the battery gauge reset still running but already finish the draining step at 0%, and the cross mark at battery (battery replacement) its gone.

That means the Battery Gauge Reset success ? Did i need to uninstall and reinstall the battery driver?

Try to observe the battery performance. If the issue persist, try steps again and then uninstall and reinstall the battery driver.
