Lenovo IdeaPad Z500 Bios Insyde H2O Corrupted after flash

Hi all, my problem is that when I was updating my BIOS installation failure and I wonder what is the procedure for a restoration with USB, my bios is a Insyde H2O, 8gb ram Lenovo z500 Windows 8. Thanks

thx for reply, I've tried all options but no work for me, when I press the keys fan speeds up, but I see nothing on the screen and usb does not work, thx
