Lenovo IdeaPad z580 with 4 primary partitions!

2012-10-29, 5:27 AM

Recently I bought Lenovo IdeaPad z580 (model 20135), I really like it, but I have problem with it's partitions,

 it come with 4 partitions

    - 200 MB Windows boot.

    - 420 GB Windows 7 OS.

    - 30 GB Derives.

    - 20G Rescue System.

All of them are "primary" partitions, how I can make logical partitions without delete any of them?

I really tried to search and read many posts in forum, but I can't get any satisfactory answer.

Thanks In advance :-)

Hi and welcome to the community
If you didnt play with the partitions and these are the factory default partitions then the
Windows boot and windows 7 os partitions are system partition.
The 30 gb partition is the logical drive/partition and
20gb partition is the oem partition.
Maybe a snapshot of the disk management would tell us better. So please post the snashot.
