My Y-70 gaming laptop's usb port broke. My warranty was expiring in a few weeks so i decided to send it for repair. The chat support person said that i should send it in before my warranty ends and i did so, a week before. After a week i contacted them that nothing had changed in the repaie service tool upon which the tool update saying "the part is not available, we are trying to acquire it". Now a week later, my warranty has ended, the chat and call option is no longer available in the support page. And the reapir tool hasn't given me an update. Now I am regretting sending my laptop in the first place. What is my course of action? How do I contact them now?

Repair status checking would be available aside from the follow up emails .
SInce the chat design would not apply to the current status of the serial number , you may directly call in 1-877-453-6686 option 4 for the tech support team to have you an active update on your repair.
