The GMA950 Intel chip has a software controlled memory allocation, you can't really change it. But if you go to Intel Driver tray in the task bar, under 3D settings there should be a drop down panel that let you choose relative allocation of RAM video ram, you should choose high rather normal or low.
The GMA950 should be to handle 224 mb of ram, but under XP it can only use 128 mb.

below is my intel grahic driver report, i think max video ram this laptop can handle only 32mb..)). another things is, when i tried to install newer driver download from intel, the blue screen appear and my laptop automatically restarted. after that, no video driver was loaded, i have to roll back to this driver (ver 4497).
