Hi, i just received the recovery disks that i ordered thru the support phone # for the Lenovo Y410P, since the OS totally crashed and partitions were not booting. But it seems like the disks are not working, they just won't start. The computer just restarts.
I received the following disks set:
(1) Start Recovery Disk [Start your recovery operation with this disk]
P/N: 25-700121
(2) Operating System Recovery Disk
P/N: 25-700122
(3) Operating System Recovery Disk
P/N: 26-000041
(3) Start Recovery Disk [Start your recovery operation with this disk]
P/N: 25-700123
(4) Operating System Recovery Disk
P/N: 27-700002
So yes, two of the disks are labeled as Disk 3 with differences, there is no Disk 5. I'm a high level tech specialist, i have tried with both UEFI and Legacy boot options with no luck, and different settings thru the BIOS.
Any suggestions, aside from calling support for probably sending me the wrong disks?

There are numerous report in the forum in the past regarding these recovery disc sets not working. Perhaps if you research them up you can find the solution.

I already fixed the problem.
The issue was (kind of funny) that the optical lens of the DVD ROM was pretty dirty, i grabbed a very soft piece of cotton cloth along with some alcohol and cleaned the optical lens, after that, the recovery process detected all the disks with no issue!
