I have a Lenovo y50-70 and I bought a new WD blue SSD to replace the internal HDD coz it was slow. However after replacing the HDD with SSD my system isn’t detecting it. So if I try to install windows from a bootable pendrive system can’t detect any drives.
I tried to put back my original HDD(also WD) but now even that isn’t detected. On the BIOS Indormation menu it says
Hard Disk [Not Detected]
I don’t know what I’ve done wrong. Is there an issue with the way I put the hard disk? I don’t think I’ve done anything wrong. Can someone please help. Thanks!
These are pics of my BIOS settings.
