Thanks for the response!
Please use this link to update your touchpad driver. Once done, restart the laptop and check if it now works.
Based on the screenshot that you've provided, go back to ELAN touchpad driver and select Option.
On that page, there should be an option in there wherein you can restore it all to defaults.
The complete steps on how it can be done can be found on this link.
Please proceed only in this step if updating the touchpad driver will not work.
Let us know what will happen.

Hi Adriel_lenovo !
Thank you for your quick response : )
Unfortunattely this two solutions don't solve the issue.
I downloaded and installed the driver provided and restarted the computer but nothing change : )
I restored the option in ELAN configuration to "all to defaults" but nothing neither.
I'm sorry : /

Thanks for the info.
Try to uninstall the driver into your laptop's device manager.
Once done, restart the laptop and check if the touchpad will work using the generic driver.
If that won't work, try to get the latest touchpad driver again through the link that I have provided since the driver has been removed.
You may also check this previous post from other users who've experienced the same issue to see the workaround that they've performed.
Let us know what will happen this time.
