Lenovo Y500 GT650M ultrabay problem

I own a Y500 (win10 now, originally win8) with DVD in the ultrabay and I decided to upgrade it with another GT650M in the ultrabay.


I purchased it and installed it following the instructions and I think I did it okay; Nevertheless it's not working properly, you can see in the attachment that appears an error that I can not solve. I tried everything that appeaars online about this problem but it persists.


If anyone had the same experience and can help me to solve this, please share.

Hey mate,

When you say you installed the ultrabay by following the instructions, what instructions are you referring to?

Also I don't speak Spanish, but your issue seems to be a "Code 43: device not working?" Or something along those lines.
