I have tried everything on YouTube and elsewhere on how to resolve this issue and nothing has worked. I did the command prompt technique of creating a backup dir and regbackup to no avail. It just looks over and over again no matter what the selection is that I make. I can't even get it into safe mode. The only thing I can access is the command prompt. That's it. I don't have a disc drive for the laptop anymore. HELP!
