Lenovo Y530 Problem - my kaybord does't sems to work properly!

when i'm pressing "right shift"

it's kind of  ">" buton and "right shift" where pressed at once

button with ">" and "."(dot) works because i can write ..................(dots)

but shift + > doesn't work (it should give me ">" sign)

is there is any chance that bios update helps?

i'm affraid of updating because there are meny warnings. (like "on your on risk" or somethig)

I love my notebookSmiley Happy

Re: Lenovo Y530 Problem - my kaybord does't sems to work properly!

for orange button, download and install power management & atk hot key driver.

about bios issue, as you can see from the link below, official lenovo download page doesn't contain bios update for your computer. i don't suggest you to use the file you found to flash bios update.

for the shortcuts, i didn't get what you mean but you can take a look the thread below:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Table_of_keyboard_shortcuts

hope these informations help.
