A little over 2 months ago purchased the Y530, son is now at College, where they require Symantic's Antivirus installed. Since then the Laptop freezes up frequently. I had them uninstall Syimantic's and reinstall it and hasn't helped. Any suggestions will be appreciated and could be helpful.

Just adding some text as I see someone else had issue about same as my son's
1. System freezes multiple times per day. I am unable to Ctl/Alt/Del to Restart or Shutdown which requires pressing and holding the power button to force a shutdown.
2. When son trys to defrag will never end the system will hang before its finished.
