Lenovo Y700 IdeadPad 15ISK Lag

My Laptop was working peferctly until one day i was playing hearthstone and suddenly it started lagging, it was about coupl of months ago, i thought that PC just got to much heat so i turnned it off etc. But it still kept lagging, my games hav 100-200 fps but desktop is always lagged up, it takes loads of time to load up desktop when laptop starts, folders ar loading very slowly etc , i did bios update, my drivers are up to date please help

You could use the System Restore feature to get your computer back the time when it worked.

I reinstalled windows but PC still keeps lagging, so what i can do to fix it :/

Did you check in safe mode if issue persist or not?

In safe mode it is lagging less but it still not good performance

Most often, these types of problems are due to a software conflict or a pre-existing issue that simply wasn't brought to light until the Windows updates started installing. Much more rarely they're caused by a mistake on Microsoft's part regarding the update itself.

 

Do hard reset & restart the system.

 

Also, scan the laptop for malwares & virus.

 

If all these procedures doesn't work, last resort would be backing up your files and doing a factory reset to isolate if it's an OS issue.
