Lenovo Z50-75 - Gradient (banding) problem - hope I named the problem right:)

Hello everyone, I bought a Z50-75 about a month ago. OS - Windows 7 64bit. Everything is working pretty much flawless except for one wierd (I presume) graphics issue I've been experiencing. Please check the attached screenshots - not sure I made the best work of capturing it, but in general the problem is this - /t5/image/serverpage/image-id/54691i2BF558FCBEA1EE7E?v=1.0 Based on a test I did on http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/gradient.php#gradient-h.png I should have a problem with "Reduced color depth" and "Gradient (banding)". All my drivers are up to date, I double checked. I don't consider myself a computer pro, but with the help of Google I managed to solve tons of problems just by myself and this is the first time i decided to make a threat due to how specific the problem seems to me. Thanks for posting and welcome to the forum!

 

Can you just confirm that when updating your drivers, you done so through Lenovo support site and not Device Manager?

Hello, thank you for some response. Yes, Lenovo Support only. Then I tried to reinstall the OS completely and got the drivers via the manufacturer's web pages (AMD, Atheros etc) - didnt help either. Then i reinstalled the OS again and again i only used the Lenovo Support drivers.
