I currently have a Lenovo Z50-75 laptop, running with Windows 10.
Over the past few months I've been having this annoying issue with my Wi-Fi connectivity where it randomly disconnects and can't connect again. If I turn off/restart the laptop it will start working again but after a random period of time (short or long, it varies a lot) it disconnects and cannot connect again.
Sometimes, when I try to reconnect, it works but will eventually disconnect again until it can't reconnect again, making this a vicious cycle...
To be even more specific, when I try to reconnect it:
- doesn't find the Wi-Fi connection on the Wi-Fi list
- finds it, but when it tries to connect it ends up saying "Can't connect to this network".
Which leads up to me having to turn off/restart the device so I can manage to connect again and continue with the cycle.
Also important to mention that this issue happens with all of the Wi-Fi routers I connect with, so I believe it is not a router problem.
I have checked the Lenovo Connectivity Troubleshooting and did all the solutions they recommended, but still did not fix this issue.
Here are my specs if needed:
- Lenovo Z50-75
- AMD 10-7300 Radeon R6, 10 Compute Cores 4C +6G 1.90GHz
- 8GB RAM
