My Lenovo Z50-75 will not turn on when I press the power button.
No lights come on when it is plugged in, or with just the battery, or with the battery while being plugged in. Absolutely nothing happens.
I have tried the power button trick where you unplug it, remove battery, press the power button 10 times, then hold it down for 30 seconds, and still the same issue (no power, no lights, and no sound).
Is there any way to fix this? Is it an issue with the motherboard? Please help me. I would appreciate any advice.

Welcome to the Community Forums! Glad to have you here.
One step that can be performed here for us to isolate if this is an issue with the power button is by pressing the Novo button. It can be seen or found on the left side view of your laptop in between of AC power adapter jack and Ventilation slots.
We can confirm that this is an issue with the motherboard if the step above won't get the job done. You can also check on page 21 for you to check the power system checkout steps.
Let us know or update us on how it will go through.

I tried the Novo problem and it did not boot up as well.
I don't think is the power adapter issue because I have a Lenovo Thinkpad and uses the same voltage and the same types of adapters. On that Thinkpad, it can charge. But not on the Z50-75.

I tried the Novo button and its not working at all. I am certain that the battery itself have power I use the laptop with battery the whole time. Another method that I tried is remove the battery from the back and tried to use the AC instead, that method is not working for me as well.

There's a chance that this might be a problem with the motherboard itself though we do still recommend to check the device's power board since the power button is located on the left side of the device along with the Novo button and the charging port as seen on page 2 and 9 of the device's user guide.
