Welcome to the Community Forums!

Sorry about the trouble. We would like to check if the AMD R9 M375 is even within the recommended requirements of the games that you've tested with? If your laptop is running on Windows 10, you could try to run a Hardware scan through our Lenovo Vantage app. You could have that downloaded in this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/p/lenovo-companion/9wzdncrfj4mv

Re: Lenovo Z51-70 Graphics Card AMD R9 M375 Issue

I have been playing all those game few months back in highest settings. So its not anything about the requirements of the game. Its showing as DXGI DEVICE REMOVED. May be a hardware issue?

Re: Lenovo Z51-70 Graphics Card AMD R9 M375 Issue

Whenever the error comes up, have you checked if the AMD R9 driver is still in Device manager? If the driver disappears in Device Manager whenever the error shows up, there's a possiblity of a Hardware failure with the Graphics card. If it is still in Device Manager, you could try to uninstall and delete the driver through this steps: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/install/using-device-manager-to-uninstall-... , and then restart the laptop. After restarting the laptop, download and install the driver from our site: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/lenovo-z-series-laptops/z51-70/down... , and then restart the laptop once again. Once done, try to create a profile for your game in the AMD Catalyst/Radeon app, here's how: https://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/How-To-Create-Game-Profiles-Using-AMD-Radeon-Softwar...

Re: Lenovo Z51-70 Graphics Card AMD R9 M375 Issue

Could you check the following:

- Intel VGA driver 20.19.15.4624

- AMD driver 15.201.1101

- Power options is on High performance in control panel

- Charger connected when playing

If the driver versions that you have is different from the versions listed here. Please update the drivers using the drivers from Lenovo website.
