Yes. Also happened with Dark souls 3 and AC Unity.

If this happens as soon as you start the game, I think that it could be some sort of hardware issue.

 

We already tried re-installing drivers, loweing graphics.

Last thing is to completetly reset the laptop to factory settings BUT that will delete all your personal data. You may want to try this after taking a backup of personal files (videos/songs/files) on an external drive.

 

If it does not work after that also,  you should contact Lenovo Support and ask for a system checkup and repair.

It actually happens after a while, at least 5 mins after I start playing it. Then keeps continuing depending on the adjustments I experiment. 

 

Factory reset is probably the last option I have. Before that, I'll try contacting Lenovo care.
