- Is the computer on a domain?

Is the issue isolated to only this software or you get the same error message with other software’s as well?

Try the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1:

Run the software setup file as an administrator and check if it helps.

a. Right click on the setup file of the software that you are trying to install.

b. Select “Run as administrator”.

Step 2:

Temporarily disable the antivirus software running on the computer and check if you are able to install the software.

Disable antivirus software

Warning:
Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done. If you're connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

Step 3:

a. Click Start, type "Local Security Policy" (without quotes) and press enter.

b. Click on Software Restriction Policies.

c. In the right pane, double click on the "enforcement".

d. Select “All users except local administrators”.

e. Click Ok and restart the computer and check if the issue is fixed.

only this bluetooth driver install software has problem ,i also have update other driver or software ,but only this.

YES,  i try this before , but not work for this.

YES, also try this and also not work!

And now,my PC are NOT has Any  Bluetooth Function can be used!Because after update this bluetooth drive

 

pls ,help me~!

Can you please check this solution , as With some operating systems, you can open the Group Policy Editor to do this (gpedit.msc). If you open this editor, in the left pane you will need to expand Computer Configuration, then Administrative Templates, then Windows Components, and finally you will need to click on Windows Installer. Now in the right pane you will need to double click Disable Windows Installer and change the setting from Enabled to Disabled.

With operating systems that are Home versions the Group Policy Editor is not available which would require you to edit the policy in the Registry. Here are steps for editing the registry:

  1. Open the Registry Editor
    Windows Vista or later

     

    • Click Start
    • Type REGEDIT in the text box directly above Start and press Enter

    Windows XP

    • Click Start and click Run
    • Type REGEDIT and click OK
  2. Navigate to the following registry key:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer
    To do this, click the triangle or plus sign next to each item listed until you get toInstaller then click Installer in the left pane to display its values in the right pane
  3. Right click DisableMSI (right pane), choose Modify, and change the value to 0
  4. Close the Registry Editor

so editing the registry , also can't find.. :
