Dear Forum friends,
I did a completely new installation of WIN 10 on my Lenovo Z570 Notebook. Before I ran WIN 7 for many years with resolution setting of 1920 x 1080 (Full HD) After installation of the GFORCE driver 391.35 resolution max is only 1366 x 768 . Can anybody help me how to get the former resolution of Full HD.
I recieved this comment :
"IF" your laptop model does not list Windows 10 drivers/Bios available for ALL hardware under your exact model# on the "manufacturer's website" then revert back to the OEM OS!! (Also stated within #8 of the Forum Sticky)
-Download both the Nvidia driver "AND" the Intel driver found on Manufacturer's site (not here, not via GFE) under your "specific" model# laptop and save them to desktop.
-Disable Automatic updates (or switch off your wifi) if on Win10 -Link
-Run DDU completely removing BOTH the Intel and Nvidia drivers (in safe mode)
-Reboot when asked
-Keeping wifi disabled (again; "IF" on Win10) install the Intel Driver pack (required) as the Intel drivers must be fully functional "prior" to installing the Nvidia graphics drivers.
-Reboot when complete
-Then install the Nvidia driver pack
-Re-enable WiFi / Disable Automatic updates and alerts from GFE (only install drivers located on the manufacturer's website)
But I can't find drivers for Intel and Gforce GT 540 M
Anybody an idea how to solve this issue ?

Usually if both OEM and parts manufacturer do not have the Win10 versions that even the Microsoft driver update cannot suggest one at the moment, it may be best to stay with a working Win7 version and drivers instead.
Whichever would be more important to your needs so you can prioritize if having Win10 is better than FHD display. There are others that tried 3rd party driver packs but such is not OEM recommended.

thanks for your response. Basically I'm happy with win10, resolution is the only issue I have, and other things are working much better.
Do you have an information about those 3rd party drivers, maybe it works, even if it is not recommended. I would like to do trial.
Thanks again for your support.

As a member of an OEM tech support team, I may not be able to directly link you as there are some claims of possible security threats included in some driver autoinstallers as mentioned here. I suggest you backup your files and may sure you read the reviews of those who tried it.
A quick google on driver pack and other apps can help aside from local computer shops and groups that may be able to suggest their favorite driver tools to share.

I tried 2 hours on google, but I could not find any 3rd party driver .
I will be very thankful for any support.
