Lenovo Z580 memory problem

Hello. I'm a Lenovo Z580 I5 6GB user. After removing and reinserting the memory, the two do not function normally together. I tested each one separately and individually, but no problem. But with both plugged in, the computer turns on in 5 minutes and turns off in 5 minutes. Can I do a costum memory test with the Lenovo Diagnostics tool and share the results with me? Or can I compare and compare information with my test results?

Re: Lenovo Z580 memory problem

Hi PapaLeghba! Welcome to our forums community. If it's a stock memory, you can use the Lenovo Vantage app hardware test. Could you provide to us a screenshot information from the Memory tab when you run the CPU Z app for us to check? You can refer to the attched photo below.

Re: Lenovo Z580 memory problem

Hello. My operating system windows 8.1. Lenovo Vantage is working with windows 10. Therefore, the installation fails. But I tested with Memtes86. I sent the result in the appendix. The error is the following: 'RAM may be vulnerable to high frequency row hammer bit flips'. The two ram does not work together. But they work separately. Please help me. Thanks.
