Hello, i'm an owner of a Lenovo ideapad Z580a , i7 3632QM , 16GB RAM upgraded after the latest driver update (there were 4GB ) , SSD Samsung 850 EVO 500GB upgraded and Nvidia 635m (2GB integrated) .
Laptop runs smoothly after the upgrades but the GPU is a downer for me since im an architect.
The Motherboard model is "Mobile Intel® HM76 Express Chipset"
Is there any way i can perform an upgrade to the GPU?
even if the gpu doesn't physicaly fit inside the laptop i may be able to 3d print a new base chassis .

Welcome to the Community Forums.
I would appear that the GPU Nvidia chip is soldered onboard and is not upgradable similar to this article. It also do not have thunderbolt features for possible external GPU so I would rather suggest to invest on another machine that can fill in the requirements of your needed applications for a better economical reason.
I hope this helps answer your query.
