Lenovo order cancelation


i ordered a Lenovo ideapad Y450 on Oct 26th and  canceled order by ph on Oct 28th

and i followed up on Nov 2nd to confirm my cancelation and got a reply email on Nov 4th that it had not gone through and resubmitted my order cancellation.

I followed again on Nov 14th and got reply on Nov 17th that it had been submitted but had not canceled yet..

It shipped on Nov 18th and arrived at Nov 19th.

 

gotta return it........ sigh!!!!!!!!!!
