2016-03-30, 23:37 PM

Just as the title says, here's a screenshot of it.
PS: i have made a clear reinstallation to windows so that might have resulted in the problem? cause before i reinstalled winodws nvidia used to detect it normally.

Yes, it is king of hard, but can be done, but you will have to do it by typing in commands from the command prompt.

See under the heading "Case 2: When You Don’t Have a Bootable Windows CD/DVD/USB or The DVD Drive is Broken" within the document below.

http://www.ampercent.com/backup-files-folders-windows-boot-failure/9325/

It talks about backing up the entire drive by using the   xcopy C:\ H:\backup /s   command, but most user files/data are stored in the c:\users folder, which you can move using the xcopy C:\users H:\backup /s   command instead.

Your game files are probably under  c:\program files or c:\program files (x86)    but I am not sure.

Hope that helps.

I have to leave for a bit, but I will be back in an hour or two.

Hi amr116,

Try this first

Make a System Restore point, then uninstall all nVidia software from Programs and Features list, then uninstall the graphics card from Device Manager; making sure to select the checkbox to Delete Driver Software for this device   Once complete, reboot your system and let Windows redetect and install a new driver for your video card, and then you should be able to update the nVidia driver, but make a System Restore Point again  before updating just in case.

Good Luck

I deleted the driver and when i restarted blackscreen with mouse happens even when i try to reatart it with safemode and not even restore point does it, i swear to god i will never buy any lenovo product because this is probably the worst company, when i first bought it it had the flickering screen and redington changed it for me and the second time they didnt that manager clearly stated no we wont change it and we will fix it end of story even tho the contract clearly stated within 11 days if something is wrong with the laptop it goes back, seriously worst company ever.

Did you try Last Known Good Configuration from the Advanced Startup Options?

Also, see if you can get to Safe Mode With Command Prompt

If so, type:    sfc: /scannow

It will take some time to run, and may appear to hang, but once complete, reboot.

If you can get to cmd prompt from Safe Mode Command prompt.     At the prompt, type:   sfc /scannow   and press enter.

It will try to fix any corrupt system files, which might let you boot up again.

Sorry, my mistake, I left out a step..

Before typing sfc /scannow, type the following

At the C:\> prompt, type   cd windows\system32    and press enter

and the C:> should change as shown below

C:\>cd windows\system32

C:\Windows\System32>

At the C:\Windows\System32> prompt, type:    sfc /scannow   and press return.
