I have some issue with the notebook keyboard the keyboard is with LED backlight. Notebook - Lenovo y50 - 70.
It happened to me, that the ctrl button I have left in my hand. I gave then a laptop on the complaint - the complaint in Lenovo refused. I asked what to do next. They answered, that it is necessary to replace the entire keyboard - about 222€. And I ask, which keyboard I should buy and go with it to the Lenovo service?
I apologize for my english skills. Thanks for responsive.

Hi kEvinko ,
Welcome to the Community Forums.
If the warranty repair service would not be able to cover for the repair , you can use your serial number on the back of the laptop (sticker) and go to the parts look up page. Here you can see the parts you have along with the part number of the keyboard as part of the Upper Case Cover .
You can use the part number to search among resellers or order from Lenovo the upper case cover that would include the keyboard and touchpad too.
Try to look around in your location for service centers that can do it for you if you do not have the tools.
Hope this help answer your query.
