I have been using my lenovo Y50-70 since the past 1 year to play games like witcher 3 and Fallout 4. Recently, when I started playing Metal Gear Solid 5 and Battlefield 1, I have been facing some issues with the battery. I usually keep the charger plugged in while gaming, Since the laptop needs to be plugged in for better performance.
But recently, my laptop automatically stops charging randomly in between eventhough it is connected and the power button and the charging led start blinking. As soon as i unplug the charger and put it back on, it starts charging again. But after sometime again stops charging and lights start blinking. I've noticed that this happens faster when I'm playing a game vs. when I'm doing something else. I'm scared about the damage it would do to the battery. Please suggest something.
Thank you !

Hi there, Shrey -
Thank you for writing in to the Lenovo Forum - happy to have you here today.
You can also start by flushing out all static, remove battery and AC adaptor and hold down power button for about 20 seconds.
Update us how it goes.
