Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.
Try running an LSC scan, see if this can find anything for you.
It should be compatible with Windows 10 even though it may not be listed at download.
1. Please click on the following link
2. Under the section ‘Download’ select the relevant Hyperlink dependant on whether your Lenovo is running Windows 7/8/8.1 32 bit or 64 bit.
3. When prompted, select save and browse to a drive and directory in which to save the downloaded files.
4. Navigate to the folder where you saved the installation file, lscsetup_x86_26001.exe.
5. Double-click the installation file icon to start the installation.
6. Follow the onscreen instructions via the installation wizard that will install Lenovo Solution Centre on your system.
7. Once installed you will have a ‘Lenovo Solution Centre’ icon on your desktop please click to open this.
8. Once solution center is opened please select ‘Checkup’ then ‘Hardware Scan’ and ‘Full Scan’
9. This will take up to 20 minutes, see if this can find any errors.
Hope this helps, let us know how you get on.

Than you for your reply. When i use LSC with GTX enabled the LSC freezes my laptop. When the GTX is disabled the LSC goes withouth any problems, but its skips nvidia test cuz its disabled. I hava no idea what to do anymore have tried everything. And in device manager says that my gpu works correctly. If it was broken phisicly it wouldnt have shown it at all. Ty again maybe you have another solution. Now im using the laptop with disabled NVIDIA gtx 860M otherwise it freezes.

The problem mostly come from Nvidia Driver, and it is not new issue either. It has happen MANY and I say, MANY times in the past 3 years I'm using this Model.
It is not Lenovo problem it has something to do with Nvidia Driver not compatible with Intel Driver installed in the system. So the Optimus did not work properly. A quick explain on the Optimus, the renderer is always Intel but if Optimus is work properly the data will send to Nvidia to render than send back to Intel and to display. If Optimus not working properly meaning Intel will have to wait for Nvidia and/or cannot send any data to Nvidia controller to render thus, freezing.
To solve this problem, the easiest way is to use last known working Nvidia Driver. It is not hard to find and this problem mostly will be fixed with in 1-2 months. You can trace back the driver about 2 months from the problem driver's release date. Or just use the Nvidia Driver from Lenovo that VERY Outdated but working properly. Noted that Driver from Lenovo is mostly working fine even it is outdate. Another way to get newer working driver is from Windows Update. You can get this by clean uninstall all Nvidia driver and run Windows Update and it will get lastest working driver for you.
