Hi, so I recently ordered a lenovo y50 from this website. Everything is working great so far except for the fact that the "W" letter on my lenovo keeps popping out. Is there a location I can go to to resolve this issue (BestBuy Geeksquad)? I called lenovo and they said I could return the laptop and get a new one, but I am reluctant to wait another month for a new laptop. I've had this laptop for 4 days now and I have tried wriggling the "W" key back in, but it still pops out very frequently. Thank you!

as it's so clear that it's a hardware issue, the best option to return the machine back to the place of purchase to get the replacement right
