I recently dropped my cell phone on my laptop and it hit the area where my hdd was. I bought a new hdd and installed windows 8.1 pro and now I cannot access my ssd. I know for a fact that I have one installed.
I've also downloaded and installed the chipset, Intel management engine, lenovo energy management, and the onekey recovery drivers from the y510p support page and still no luck.
Am I just going to have to order a recovery disk or is there a way to fix this one issue?
Thanks in advance.
Edit: The ssd shows up in device manager and disk management, however I can't get to it through windows explorer.

According to your machine maintenance manual guide (page 23)
"When the hard disk drive or solid state drive is replaced because of a failure, no
product recovery program is on the new drive. In this case, you must use the
Recovery Disc Set for the computer"
