I've got a big problem with my laptop. I will explain the whole situation.
I recently upgrade my laptop with a Samsung Evo ssd and a 8 Gb ram ddr3 1600. At the beginning everything was fine but then, sometimes I got screen problems (like flickering) and windows 10 crashed. Now the biggest problem : my laptop is stuck at lenovo logo with loading dots. Even if I try to load USB windows tool (to install new os) it doesn't work. I also tried to install Ubuntu unsuccessfully. I searched on the web all the possible solutions. I temporary removed the battery, ac adapter and hold the power button for 30 secs, but nothing. I also read to remove the cmos battery but I can't locate it in my IdeaPad z500. I also searched on the hardware maintainance pdf but there is nothing about that.
I also removed ssd and new ram with old components but it's still the same.
I don't know what to do know, please help me!! I hope I didn't screw my laptop

Maybe download Lenovo Diagnostics DVD from internet and try to boot from it and it should tell you which component is broken. I think that it may be broken system board but this tool should tell for sure.
