So i have this problem for 4 days now
My laptop keep crashing and giving me blue screen every time i try to play a game with amd graphics card or even trying to open amd graphics driver ..
So i clean install new windows .. installed latest updates for both AMD/Intell though that would help but it didn't
every time i install the AMD card and after installions it requires a restart .. when the laptop boot up at startup i get blue screen immeditly i can't even log in anymore so i have to go into safe mode and uninstall amd driver in order to be able to log in in normal mode
Solutions i tried :
1- Driver sweeper cleaned every thing AMD/INTELL and did a clean install with last updates still problem
did a full system update installed all netframe etc files and tried different versions of amd driver still didn't help
2- tried this atikmpag.sys file expand through cmd .. didn't help either
so im tired here looking for 4 days for nothing
Is there anything im missing or its Hardware faulty ..
i really don't know please help

This is a problem with the graphics card and it needs motherboard replacement.
I did a workaround for this and disabled the graphics card from the BIOS. This will help in starting computer and perform basic work.
