Welcome to the Lenovo Community Forum!
First of all, we're sorry for the trouble. Please try the steps below:
1. Access the BIOS page on the laptop, see the steps here https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/HT500216?CID=ww:lenovosocial:20x9m6 on how to access it.
2. Once the BIOS page is up, press the Fn+F9 keys or the F9 key to load default settings and choose yes.
3. Still in the BIOS page, press the Fn+F10 keys or the F10 key to exit saving changes and choose yes. The laptop will reboot automatically and check the Device Manager again, then verify if the AMD R9 graphics card will show up. Alternatively, click the View menu and Click Show Hidden Devices, then check the AMD R9 graphics card. Let us know how it goes.

Thank you for trying. Could you provide a screenshot of the device manager?
Next troubleshooting is to uninstall all video drivers in device manager and then restart the computer. See if that works.
Do you remember the original operating system of the computer when first got it?

Here is a screenshot before I uinstall Intel HD 5500 driver:
When I restart laptop after uinstalling that driver my operating system ( Windows 7 ) automatic install new driver for that intel graphic card. And after another restart my device manager still looks thisame.
When i buy this laptop it was not eny operating system and I install Windows 7 ( and I never reinstall it).

Let's check if it is under Hidden Devices. To do that, go to Device Manager again, click View tab then Show Hidden Devices. If you can see AMD driver, right click then uninstall. If not, please post here the MTM of your laptop (e.g. 80K6002QUS).
