My keyboard wouldn't let me type Backspace, Windows, Shift, T, Y, Tab, [, ], Capslock keys. What should I do?
I have tried to unistall the keyboard driver and all other things mentioned on the internet. But no success. Do I have to buy a new keyboard? If yes, how much will it cost? Should I go to ofifcial Lenovo solution center or any other shop? As I don't have the laptop under any kind of warranty. Please help me out.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
You can try using onscreen keyboard or an external keyboard to check if those keys would work.
Another way to test if the issue is the hardware itself is to try it booting on a different boot media.
Herewith is the hardware manual for the Z51-70 that can be used as a guide for replacing the keyboard (page 34-36) so that you can review if you would be able to manage it. Here is the service training module for the visual guide.
Ordering the keyboard, you can check for the part number here on the parts lookup page using your serial number.
Hope this help answer your query.
