Thank you for writing in to the Lenovo Forum - happy to have you here today.
Go to Device manager >>Battery and then uninstall the Microsoft ACPI- Compliant control method Battery and then restart and check.
Go to Energy Manager >> Maintenance Guide>> Gauge reset by plugging in the Adapter and leave it as it is.... This Gauge reset will charge the battery for 100% and then drains it to 0 % and then gives the pop up to restart... After restarting it should be fine.
Use the One Key recovery.
Update us how it goes.
