Major System Problem

Hello everyone.

I had bought  abrand new Lenovo Ideapad Y560P

-Windows 7

- 8GB Ram

-650 GB HD

- 1 GB Deidcated graphics card

etc... on the 26th December 2011.

recently (1and a half weeks now) i have been having a system problem with which i cant get my head around.

Everytime i start up my laptop for the 1st 10 seconds i can open anything... Internet Browsers, Control Panel, photos, emails. but after the 10 seconds I cant open anything that has the ability to make changes to the computer.

I cant print, i cant surf the web, i cant uninstall programs i cant open anything basically.

I've run full system scan using norton 360, and Malware Bytes and they find nothing. I have done a full system restore to about the 3rd of January 2013 and still left with the problem (I did all this on Safe Mode because on safe mode everything is working fine...) .

I cant get my head around it.

Any help would much appreciated. Thanks.

Re: Major System Problem

Hi Strcure1

Welcome in Lenovo Forums

System restore will not help enough for such kind of cases and as long you made a full virus scan so i recommend to restore the laptop to the factory setting in order to have a new clear OS with no errors , that will be much help

if that choice is fine please back up your date and let me know to provide you with the steps

Waiting for your feedback

Thanks

Alaa
