Max Batt Health Switches to Max Batt Runtime

When will Lenovo release a version of its Energy Management software for the Y-series IdeaPad that doesn't automatically revert to Maximum Battery Runtime from the Maximum Battery Health setting whenever the battery is allowed to drain to under approximately 30%.  If Maximum Battery Runtime is required by the system at low battery levels, the software should automatically revert to the user's desired settings (in this case, Maximum Battery Health) instead of forcing the user to reset their preferences every time the battery is drained and recharged. Can anyone please address this issue?  Btw, the Energy Management software version currently installed on my three-week old Y470 is

hey mvrk2011,

have you tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling it ?

if possible set your unit to load in diagnostic mode via MSCONFIG.
