My Laptop Z40 70 no detect SSD on BIOS

Hi dudes, i have a problem with my laptop Lenovo Z40 70, because a friend buy a SSD ADATA SU650 with 480 GB capacity to their laptop Vaio, well i try to put their SSD on my laptop to watch if it compatible.

The response was possitive, my laptop Z40 70 recognized on bios the SSD and run Win inmediatly.

When i get fucntionallity on my lap with the SSD, i decide to buy the same model of SSD and put it on my lap, but it not recognized.

I try to put the SSD in another laptop and run fine, but in my laptop in bios no detect, if i try to boot with USB or CD Windows Installer, it show the SSD to install but not let me.

Hi Dibusk8!

Welcome to the Community,

Just to verify, does the boot menu detect the SSD installed? Here's how you can check the boot menu,

This step is also incorporated with the steps below on how to boot from USB Drive,
