My Lenovo Y560p will arrive tomorrow. A question about the sandy bridge issue?

hi all ^ ^

i'm so happy that i purchased a lenovo y560p with a $350 off discount (in 8/18/2011)

wondering why i didn't receive it after two weeks? .....i'm in the middle east

it took 6 days for it to be ready for shipping (maybe for the customize)

it's an i7 - 8gigs ram - 750gb 5400

but i'm a bit concerned about the sandy bridge chipset problem,

i've seen people talking about the problem in february.

i ordered mine just two weeks ago, in august

so, how do i know if mine doesn't have the problem?

"it will arrive tomorrow at most"

thank u in advance.

SImple, it doesn't. Intel already took care of it back in Feb.

BTW, DO NOT update drivers unless they are from Lenovo or you're asking for hurt. And check your screen for "dancing pixels." Just scroll up to the header of this forum and tilt your screen away from you. If the grey part looks a bit like TV static, you have the probem, please report it in the thread: http://forums.lenovo.com/t5/IdeaPad-Y-U-B-V-and-Z-series/y560p-dancing-pixels/m-p/518973
