OMG my new Y550P epic fail. Sent for service after 2 weeks from purchase (cause it gave me 10+ bluescreens, 2 each every time I startup at least). A week later, after service, I go there again (despite having on-site warranty), switch it on, BSOD instantly. The guy restarts it, BSOD instantly Again. 2 back to back BSODS AFTER repair!
Called Support Center only nearly 10 times. Called customer care 3 times. Now they're saying No Replacement available even though this is obviously a defect and should be replaced since they couldn't even fix it and might have made it worse. End of the day I still haven't gotten the chance to use my brand new laptop purchased for an excess of US$1449 (bought in Malaysia).
Help! Is there any email I can reach them by? Thanks.
