I have been waiting for an answer this whole week. It is now Friday, I was told answer on monday, then on monday morning i was told Wednesday, Then I was told answer soon, now its friday and still nothing.
LENOVO YOUR PRODUCT IS RUBBISH
and YOUR SERVICE is even more RUBBISH
10AM MONDAY SYDNEY TIME im am going to LENOVO in SYDNEY and going to make a scene and will bring my laptop and will not leave without my money back. YOU have a chance to avoid this scene by approving my REFUND right now or before close of trade today (current time is 3PM) and the store (ORANGE IT HURSTVILLE) i bought it closes 7PM. Lenovo needs to Authorise a FULL REFUND before then and the cash/credit must be in my hand by then.
FINAL CHANCE BEFORE BIG PROBLEM FOR LENOVO
