Novo button not working

Hi,

 

I have lenovo Y500 laptop, I bought it in Jan 2007, recently I noticed its one key recovery feature is not working the problem is when I press the novo button it simply starts the windows instead of going into the recovery interface.

how can I get to the recovery interface? I have used the recovery feature many times.

 

I have not changed the partition size or any other configuration,

any help would be appreciated

I've got same problem with Y530 model and have no clue what to do with it.

I have reinstall OneKey Rescue program but it didn't help.

try to re-install power management and/or one key recover.

if it doesn't work, if you have recovery disks, try to use them, if they don't work either, contact lenovo support.

 

( before all make sure you haven't made any changes on volumes and sizes )
